Presentations
I lead programs worldwide that emphasize English language teachers’ career path development focusing on five factors shown by research to impact how teachers evolve through their careers: education, motivation, leadership, organizational issues (language teacher associations and employers), and life balance. Helping to create communities in which teachers themselves engage first in deep identification and analyses of their needs, it is possible to transmit that sense of community into a classroom setting – online, face-to-face, or hybrid.
