MIND

Reading a magazine, watching a recorded video or film, cooking (following a recipe), practicing a foreign language, figuring out how to fix something….

BODY

Physical exercise, hiking, walking, eating, sleeping!, medical and surgical procedures, mani-pedi, hair dresser...

SOUL

Church services and events, playing with kids, meditation, yoga, art museums.
